  • Lunar eclipse

    Lunar eclipse

    A total lunar eclipse occurred on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The southern limb of the Moon passed through the center of the Earth’s shadow.

    Occurring only 5.8 days before apogee (apogee is on November 14, 2022), the Moon’s apparent diameter will be smaller. The next total lunar eclipse will take place on March 14, 2025, and with a duration of totality 5 seconds longer than the previous eclipse in May, it will surpass that as the longest total lunar eclipse visible from nearly all of the United States between 1989 and 2029.

    A lunar occultation of Uranus will happen during the eclipse.

  • Nanning

    Just by accident, I chose Nanning, a city locates on south side of China, to go at my Winter holiday. And this became one of my most beautiful memory. I am totally falling in love with the city.
